Return Policy Overview
Exchanges will be accepted within 3 days with original receipt, certificate, original box and in new condition (un-sized, unworn, unmodified).  No refunds.  No exchanges or refunds on custom manufactured or special order jewelry and/or gemstones.  No exchanges or refunds on layaway, discounted or sale items.  No refunds on deposits for custom manufactured or special order jewelry and/or gemstones.  Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on any return item, and is responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
